<p>Marie provided samples of her delicious Hot Apple Pie Dip, and Nora provided wonderful samples of gingerbread and pumpkin scones, with lemon curd and pumpkin butter.  </p>
<p>The latest Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast Cookbook features the most requested recipes from Wisconsin&#8217;s Unique B&amp;B&#8217;s and Country Inns.  Pulished in late 2009, the cookbook features appetizers, soups, salads, lunch and dinner entrees, desserts, as well as delicious breakfast recipes.</p>

<p>Just a reminder that The Snowflake Ski Club in Westby is hosting its annual <a href="http://www.lonesomehollow.com" target="_blank">ski jump </a>competition on February 7th and 8th.   The competitors will be jumping from an 118 meter Olympic sized hill used for National and International competitions, and often travel down the jump with speeds in excess of 50 miles per hour for hundreds of feet!   Come on out to enjoy it!</p>
