Welcome to the Driftless!
This modern home, a state inspected and fully licensed Tourist Boarding House and “Certificate of Excellence Award” winner, is located on 122 acres at the end of a dead end road in the Lonesome Hollow valley. It offers 4 bedrooms, providing either a cozy cabin for 2, or a larger space for family reunions, weddings and group getaways. AARP members welcome!
This house offers the best of all worlds, as it was built with guests in mind, originally as part of a Bed and Breakfast. We are now a fully licensed in Wisconsin as a Tourist Boarding House (#CDRY-9HZP6F). The original Inn received numerous accolades and awards for quality and service, and was very highly rated in Trip Advisor, receiving the 2013 “Certificate of Excellence Award”. This is awarded to lodging businesses worldwide that rank in the top 10% for traveler feedback. The Inn was also part of the Travel Green Wisconsin collection of eco-friendly lodging businesses. While the B&B is now closed, we continue the tradition of excellence with the Lonesome Hollow Homestead vacation rental house.
